MOMMY MAKEOVER PREPARATION

My Mommy Makeover Journey And What I Did To Prepare

As of Feb 2023, I’m 40 years old I’ve had four boys I’m excited about it I’m going to have a breast lift done and a tummy tuck done, and some lipo in my thighs and knee area. For My mommy makeover journey, I was determined to make the most of it and prepared for it in a variety of ways. I researched the different procedures available and consulted with my doctor to determine which ones would be best for me. I also made sure to eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly to ensure that I was in the best shape possible before the surgery. Additionally, I made sure to get plenty of rest and relaxation in the weeks leading up to Surgery day. I took a few days off from work and went to a cabin my dad rented for my brothers and me to enjoy time with my family snowboarding in Tahoe.

What I am having done and some things I hope you can take away from how I prepared and to how it went. This is one of many blogs following my journey. Make sure to follow me on Spa And Tell YouTube! And on Instagram Natural.Kaos . All blog Posts will be under the category Mommy Makeover Surgery.

Firstly, In my Video, I will go over the 3 procedures I’m having in depth so you understand the surgery. I’m including my quote and will go over the breakdown of cost in case you wonder how much something like this costs.

My Diet

I’m making Beef Bone Broth to aid in recovery and will share how I do this easily in my crock pot.

Over the past month, I’ve reduced my sugar intake with the Carnivore and Ketovore diet food choices. If you want to see what I eat you can check out the Carnivore video and the playlist called, “FOOD” linked in this video.

In preparation for this surgery, I’ve reduced inflammation in my body by eliminating sugar along with submitting to cold plunges, infrared sauna, Red Light Therapy, and IV Vitamin infusions, Hyperbaric Oxygen treatments, Cryo Therapy, and lastly my home Sauna.

Mommy Makeover, What am I having Done?

First, the Breast Lift with an implant.

Breast lifts have increased in popularity by 70% over the past 20 years as the large breasts of the 90’s have become less desirable.

I’m 5’2” and want perky tight breasts not large breasts, this is the reason I want a lift rather than an implant; In the end we decided to do a small silicon implant to aid in symmetry.

Second, I will have liposuction in my knees and thighs

The surgeon makes a small incision in an area of the skin that creases so there is no visible scar.

They use a cannula, which is a blunt needle that goes into fat deposits and removes channels of fat. These channels collapse down helping to slim and contour the area being treated.

Third, is the Tummy Tuck

I’m the most excited about this procedure although I know the recovery will be tough.

I don’t have any stretch marks but many women do and during a tummy tuck these can be removed.

I’m having a full tummy tuck, so the incision will be hip to hip, cut along my pubic bone.

Lastly the video below goes over my full preparation and includes everything I purchased for after my surgery and the meals I prepped ahead of time. I also go into full detail about scars, medications, and how I trusted Dr. Green to decide my implant size. Linked below is my Preparation purchases.
